By using any Stock Basket bot, you agree to these Terms in full.

The service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of continuous availability, and may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued at any time.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the bot's output.

You agree not to misuse the bot, attempt to abuse or overload it, or use it for any unlawful activity.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the latest version.

We process user messages and commands sent to request analysis, and technical operational data required for reliability and performance (for example: error logs and processing time). The bot is not intended to collect sensitive personal data or private financial account information.

We do our best to keep your data confidential and never sell user data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers strictly as needed to operate the service (for example: hosting and AI model providers). Our systems prevent our employees from accessing users' private data, including names and passwords.

We keep the minimum data necessary for technical operation, and it may be periodically reduced or deleted according to operational needs. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your information, contact us immediately at sb@stockbasket.net.

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the bot means acceptance of the latest version.

This policy applies to all ongoing online subscription services offered by Stock Basket. Please read it carefully before subscribing.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) at the same plan and price, unless canceled before the renewal date. Details of every charge are sent to your registered payment method.

We do not offer refunds for unused or partially used subscription periods. This applies to all subscriptions regardless of the reason for cancellation, with no exceptions.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription settings inside the bot, or by contacting support at sb@stockbasket.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and your access continues until then.

The 7-day free trial is available once per new user and requires no payment card. When the trial ends, access stops automatically unless you subscribe to a plan, and nothing is ever charged automatically.

The bundle discount (20%) applies when subscribing to two or more markets or packages in a single purchase, calculated on the combined value as one bundled subscription; mixing markets and packages in the same bundle is not supported.

A gift attached to a package (such as a free market subscription) is tied to that package and is automatically revoked if the package is canceled.
